Is your coffee certified or high quality?

Yes! All of our coffee is graded as Specialty Grade Craft Coffee under the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) guidelines. It’s roasted in the USA in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency.

Where do you source your coffee?

Our beans are ethically sourced from premium growing regions across Central and South America, known for producing vibrant, high-quality coffees.

How should I store my coffee?

We recommend keeping your coffee in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place - away from direct sunlight and moisture - for maximum freshness.

How long will my order take to ship?

We typically roast and ship orders within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of fresh coffee, we can’t accept returns on opened bags. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to make it right! For merch, exchanges are available on unworn items within 14 days.
